Zalora penipu?

Assalamualaikum.

Sekarang ni kecoh dengan isu Zalora penipu whatsoever kan?
Barang sampai lambat, barang salah, barang tiba tiba out of stock then refund dalam bentuk voucher and etc.

Hurm aku cuma boleh cakap.;
2 kali aku beli dengan Zalora, okay je aku rasa. Barang sampai tak lah lambat sangat and barang sampai betul. Maybe sebab aku baru 2 kali beli dengan Zalora. Tak tahu la kalau orang lain dah 10 kali beli tiba tiba ada masalah. Aku pon tak boleh lah nak kata sampai 10 kali aku beli pon tak ada masalah nanti. Kita tak tahu apa future kita. *Eh apa kena mengena ni?


First time beli kasut raya aku. Beli 31/07/2012 pukul 1:46 pm.

Tak boleh tunjuk nama wedges tu. Basi kasut raya aku *poyo*

Tapi tapi tapi........

The best part is, keesokan harinya sampai dekat pejabat kolej!


And the worst part is, makcik makcik pejabat kolej kepoh giler. Haih.
Sampai nak tahu barang apa yang aku beli, harga berapa, blablabla. Kinda annoying right?

Kali ke-2 aku beli bukan untuk diri sendiri tapi untuk junior aku.
Dia minta tolong belikan kasut sebab dia tak reti nak deal dengan benda benda ni semua?
Dia beli kasut juga tapi bukan untuk raya tapi untuk balik rumah cuti raya.
Pelik kan? Haha. Comel kot.

Kali ini sampai lambat sikit kasutnya. Order Ahad malam, Rabu petang baru sampai Kolej.
Tapi........
Bila tengok tarikh memang patut pon lambat.
Aku orderkan on 05/08/2010 bersamaan hari Ahad pada pukul 10:03 malam.
Untuk pengetahuan, 06/08/2012 tu hari Nuzul Al-Quran.
Perak, Selangor, Kelantan etc. semua cuti.
Aku tak pasti la Zalora ni cuti atau tak on that day.
Aku assume cuti je la sebab Zalora kan dalam kawasan Selangor. Hahaha. K tak kelakar.

Semalam aku order lagi satu barang. Tapi malangnya Zalora dah cuti. Barang tu hanya akan di proceed lepas raya. 22 Ogos baru Zalora mula beroperasi semula. Huhuhuhu sedih ni. Tapi ni bukan barang aku juga, ni barang akak aku! Hehe
Kita tunggu dan lihat je la bila barangnya akan sampai!

Kenapa aku dapat diskaun RM100?
Hmm Zalora ni banyak buat contest and hadiahnya of course la voucher kan.
Tapi yang aku dapat ni from The Star twitter. The Rage punya section buat contest jawab soalan paling cepat. Lawak bila ingat balik sebab aku main jawab je, memang xsangka la dapat kan. Hahaha Alhamdulillah.


Few days ago pihak Zalora ada hantar email mintak maaf kalau ada masalah dengan perkhidmatan dia orang. As we can see or I am the only one who realised these; Zalora tengah tak cukup kaki tangan sebab dia naik tiba tiba? And lumrah la, tak semua benda kita boleh buat jadi perfect. Lagi lagi beli barang online ni, memang takkan la semua benda betul kan? We're human bukan machine or robot. Hehe

Tapi saya tak update berkenaan barang yang saya order sebelum raya tu. Sedih, dah bayar semua tetibe out of stock and xkan ada stok baru.
Tapi nasib baik la Zalora refund semula. Just baucer 100 tu burnt sebab xsempat nak fikir beli benda lain.

But its okay saya faham Zalora baru bertapak jugak dalam Malaysia ni. Just be considerate. hehehe :)

Kachfashion (www.kachfashion.com - PENIPU! ONLINE SCAMMER! On 13 October 2012. I made payment to KACH Enterprise (PG0221642-W), an online clothing shop in Malaysia. They didn't contact me even after payment was received until I inquired about my purchase 8 days later. Finally, after 15 days or so after they had received my payment, they sent me a torn garment! Upon complaining to them. I was told to send the dress back to the company within 7 days from 5 Nov 2012 if I wanted a refund. Pos Laju delivered the dress back to them on 6 Nov. 2012 but to date (24 Nov), I have yet to receive a refund. Kachfashion has ignored all my emails, Twitter & Facebook messages. The company also deleted my online account so I can't trace my order! They have also deleted all my public messages on their Facebook page inquiring about my refund. The phone number listed in one of their advertisements is also a wrong number. I have proof of all email correspondences with the company. Beware of shopping at Kachfashion! Kachfashion cheats! Kachfashion steals your money! Kachfashion is an online fraud! I have reported the company to all the relevant authorities in Malaysia.

Aku beli ok jer..aku order sebelum kol 6ptg and then bayar time tu juga..esok tengahari sampai barang..settle..mana ada masalh..korang jer yg tak pandai nk deal...klu da biaser shopping on9 xder masalh punya...
